What is your refund policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, please contact us and we'll help arrange a return or refund.

Are these pans ready to use right out of the box?

Yes all our cast-iron cookware is pre-seasoned and ready for cooking as soon as you unpack it. Before first use, we recommend rinsing in warm water, drying thoroughly, and applying a very light coat of cooking oil. This enhances the non-stick performance and helps build seasoning faster.

How should I care for and maintain my cast iron cookware?

Proper care ensures your piece lasts a lifetime. Here's how:

  • After each use, let the pan cool slightly, then rinse with warm water.
  • Wash the pan with a brush or sponge to remove any food residue.
  • Thoroughly dry the pan to prevent rust.
  • Apply a light layer of oil while the pan is still warm to maintain the seasoning.
  • Store in a dry place, and avoid stacking moist pans together.

Following these steps will keep your cast iron in great shape for years to come.
